13/05/09 - Presented at Milan '09 exhibition, the Maxie chair redefines the concept of "light design" and with its dynamic range of colours offers a fresh and casual alternative.

With Maxie it will be love at first sight with a minimum of elements. The entiere píece is made out of steel rod of 12 mm diameter. Back and seat of plywood board  have the same curve.

Both boards are linked to the structure by means of screws. Back made in aluminium and leather finished. In addition to fabric, plastic and leather, this Sancal chair is also available in buffed leather.

After a long experience as a designer in the tecnical office of Andreu World, Enrique Marti is nowadays working for different Spanish firms among which we emphasize the chair Carmela for Uno Design, under the artistic supervision of Javier Mariscal.

For Sancal, Enrique has created the chairs Test and Maxi and the armchair Hera.
